Trase founding partner, Global Canopy, is hosting a panel discussion as part of The Marmalade Festival, a global festival celebrating systems change through the lens of people, power and place.

The event, ‘Unlocking data to end deforestation and human rights abuses’, will feature a panel of experts from civil society and Tony’s Chocolonely (Tony’s Open Chain) who will discuss the use of data to accelerate the transition to more transparent, sustainable and equitable agricultural supply chains.

​This event will appeal to NGOs, academics, funders and corporate leaders.

​Panellists:

  • ​Helen Bellfield – Deputy Executive Director at Global Canopy and co-director of Trase.
  • ​Belinda Borck – Tony’s Chocolonely (Tony’s Open Chain) public policy lead looking after the EU, US and UK regions.
  • ​Aisha Raheem – Skoll Scholar, is CEO and Co-Founder of Farmz2u a supply chain technology company enabling climate adaptative and resilient food systems through more visible supply chains.

  • Emma Gollub – Strategic Engagement Director at Global Canopy.
