Gabriela Marcondes

Gabriela is the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Lead at Trase. Working within the Impact Team, she focuses on promoting a strong learning culture across the initiative, helping the team and partners understand how Trase’s data and analysis contribute to real-world results, public policy, and corporate accountability.
Gabriela is passionate about using qualitative and quantitative evidence to support initiatives that make a genuine difference to people's lives and our ecosystem. She brings over 10 years of experience designing MEL systems across global operations. She holds an MSc in Development Evaluation and Management from the University of Antwerp and a BSc in International Relations from PUC-SP.
Outside of work, Gabriela is a mom to two young toddler boys, which happily leaves her with absolutely no time for anything else!
